5. Provide regular phone or home visits for consumers;
6. Implementing the "three guarantees" for products, namely warranty for repair, replacement, and return (many people believe that product after-sales service is the "three guarantees", which is a narrow understanding);
7. Handle consumer letters, visits, and phone complaints, and answer consumer inquiries. Simultaneously solicit consumer opinions on product quality through various means and make timely improvements based on the situation.
