Expansion Manager
operating duty:
1. Based on the company's development strategy requirements, formulate the network planning for opening stores in the responsible area and the development strategy for new stores in the region;
2. Provide data analysis support for conducting relevant research on businesses within the jurisdiction area, and optimize the store evaluation system;
3. Strictly follow the company's site selection evaluation system, regional business district and market layout planning, and complete the site selection work for new stores as scheduled;
4. Business negotiations for store location selection, contract signing, and subsequent contract changes;
5. Find investors who are suitable for the company's business philosophy;
6. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

 

Qualification:
1. College degree or above
2. More than 5 years of experience in mall development and site selection (experience in large brand site selection is preferred)&franchise negotiation experience (experience in large-scale, million level or above project franchise is preferred)
3. Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills;
4. Sharp market vision and strong analytical, observational, and negotiation skills;
5. Proficient in using various statistical analysis software and office software;
6. Strong information processing, copywriting, and coordination communication skills;
